Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC is investigating potential claims on behalf of purchasers of Tyson Foods, Inc. (“Tyson Foods” or “the Company”) (NYSE: TSN). Investors who purchased Tyson Foods securities are encouraged to obtain additional information and assist the investigation.

The investigation concerns whether Tyson Foods has violated federal securities laws.

Tyson Foods Investigation Details

On September 3, 2026, Tyson Foods, Inc. sharply reduced its fiscal 2026 outlook, cutting its full-year sales-growth forecast to 1.5%–2.0% from the 2.5%–3.5% range announced only one month earlier. The Company also lowered its expected Beef segment operating income to between $(775) million and $(625) million, after previously reducing that guidance to between $(650) million and $(500) million on August 3, 2026. The revised outlook followed management’s May 4 reaffirmation of stronger sales-growth and Beef segment expectations, as well as the Company’s subsequent $1 billion public offering of senior notes. Following this news, Tyson Foods’ stock price declined.
