Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC is investigating potential claims on behalf of purchasers of EyePoint, Inc. (“EyePoint” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: EYPT). Investors who purchased EyePoint securities are encouraged to obtain additional information and assist the investigation.

The investigation concerns whether EyePoint has violated federal securities laws.

EyePoint Investigation Details

On May 6, 2026, EyePoint, Inc.’s President and CEO Jay Duker stated, “We are confident that our clinically-rigorous, derisked and patient-centric approach will continue to reinforce DURAVYU’s best-in-class potential.” Then, on June 9, 2026, Duker stated that the Company “remain[s] quite confident and quite optimistic in the results, and we think we can make a difference for patients,” while describing DURAVYU as a “derisked asset.” Then, in August 2026, EyePoint disclosed that DURAVYU failed to meet the prespecified primary endpoint—change in best-corrected visual acuity versus on-label aflibercept—in the full dataset of its Phase 3 LUGANO trial for wet age-related macular degeneration. The Company also disclosed an ad hoc analysis excluding a 4% asymmetric patient cohort. Following this news, EyePoint’s stock price opened approximately 70% lower.
