About This Investigation

Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC is investigating potential claims on behalf of shareholders of ArriVent BioPharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVBP).

On October 6, 2026, ArriVent BioPharma, Inc. announced that its global Phase 3 FURVENT trial evaluating firmonertinib in previously untreated patients with EGFR exon 20 insertion-mutated non-small-cell lung cancer failed to meet its primary endpoint of progression-free survival. Previously, the Company had stated in a November 10, 2025 filing that no interim analysis had been conducted or was planned, and subsequently filed a May 11, 2026 prospectus supporting an at-the-market offering of up to $250 million while describing its ongoing Phase 3 trial. The investigation concerns whether ArriVent adequately disclosed information regarding the trial’s progress and the timing of any negative efficacy data. Following the October 6 announcement, ArriVent’s stock price declined approximately 50%–63% during the trading session, reaching a 52-week low of approximately $12.09.
