2022: In Re 2U, Inc. Securities Class Action, Case No. 03455-TDC (D. Md.). BG&G served as co-counsel and obtained a $37 million settlement. The complaint alleged violations of §§10b and §§20a of the Securities Exchange Act arising out of the company’s issuance of materially false and misleading financial information.
