2016: Hayes v. Magnachip Semiconductor Corp., Case No. 12-CV-1160 (Partial Settlement).  BG&G served as co-counsel in this certified class action pending in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. The complaint alleged violations of Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act arising out of the company’s issuance of false financial statements. The parties agreed to a partial settlement of the action for $29.7 million in cash.
