2022: Apple Inc., iPhone 4s Litigation, Case No. 15-CV-7381 (E.D.N.Y.).BG&G served as co-lead counsel and obtained a $20 million settlement by New York and New Jersey iPhone 4S owners alleging system slow down due to system upgrade. This case was on behalf of a consumer class represented by the firm’s class representative client.
