Eitan Kimelman

Eitan Kimelman, Member, focuses primarily on securities and consumer class action litigation, including case origination and advising shareholder clients. Eitan joined BG&G in 2006 as a paralegal. While working at the firm, Eitan graduated from New York Law School and was elevated to member in 2021. Eitan leads the Firm’s case origination team, identifying and investigating potential violations of the federal securities laws and consumer cases. He represents clients from all over the world in class action lawsuits.

Eitan played a key role in securing BG&G’s appointment of Lead Plaintiffs against Apple, Inc., Groupon Inc., Barclays PLC, Deutsche Bank AG, Wirecard AG, and Credit Suisse Group AG, among others.

He is a member of the New York State Bar, as well as the bars of the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
