Teladoc Health Investigation Details
Teladoc Health, Inc. reported second quarter 2026 financial results, posting consolidated revenue of $606.9 million, below analyst expectations, and lowered its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $2.36 billion to $2.45 billion, down from the $2.48 billion to $2.57 billion range it had reaffirmed following first quarter 2026 results. Earlier, on February 25, 2026, the Company had guided for full-year revenue of $2.47 billion to $2.59 billion and projected that BetterHelp revenue would decline 7% to 0.5%. On April 29, 2026, Teladoc narrowed those ranges, forecasting full-year revenue of approximately $2.48 billion to $2.57 billion and BetterHelp revenue to decline 6.5% to 1%. On the July 29, 2026 earnings call, Chief Executive Officer Charles Divita acknowledged that the Company’s prior BetterHelp outlook had assumed it would successfully scale its insurance business while stabilizing and growing overall BetterHelp revenue, but disclosed that the “decline in cash pay users … accelerated beyond the decline incorporated in our prior outlook” and that insurance capacity “did not expand at the same pace as the increase in demand.” Following this news, Teladoc Health’s stock price dropped more than 28% on July 30, 2026.
