Oddity Case Details

The Complaint alleges that, throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and misleading statements and/or failed to disclose material adverse facts concerning the Company’s business, operations, and prospects. Specifically, the Complaint alleges that Defendants failed to disclose that:

  1. following an algorithm change by the Company’s largest advertising partner, the Company’s advertisements were diverted to lower‑quality auctions at abnormally high costs;
  2. as a result, the Company’s customer acquisition costs increased significantly, negatively impacting its business and financial prospects;
  3. Defendants therefore overstated the strength, stability, and sustainability of the Company’s digital operating model and market position; and
  4. as a result of the foregoing, Defendants’ public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.
