Myriad Genetics, Inc. (MYGN)

By Nathan Miller

Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC is investigating potential claims on behalf of purchasers of Myriad Genetics, Inc. (“Myriad” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: MYGN). Investors who purchased Myriad securities are encouraged to obtain additional information and assist the investigation.

The investigation concerns whether Myriad has violated federal securities laws.

Myriad Investigation Details

On July 30, 2026, Myriad Genetics reported Q2 2026 revenue of approximately $190.7 million, down roughly 11% year-over-year and 7% to 8% below Wall Street consensus of approximately $206–$208 million. Simultaneously, the Company cut its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $770–$790 million from approximately $860–$880 million, lowered gross margin expectations, and suspended its adjusted EBITDA guidance entirely — which had previously been set at $37–$49 million. Management attributed the shortfall to reimbursement pressure, collections issues, lower average revenue per test, and weaker prenatal performance. Following this news, Myriad’s stock price dropped. Notably, as recently as May 5, 2026, the Company had reiterated its full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $860–$880 million — a range that was slashed by approximately $90 million at the midpoint just three months later.
