Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC is pleased to share a significant development in the securities class action against AMMO, Inc. BG&G serves as Co-Lead Counsel in the litigation.
On September 29, 2026, U.S. District Judge Diane J. Humetewa largely denied Defendants' motions to dismiss, allowing key securities fraud claims in the case to move forward.
In its decision, the Court permitted claims concerning alleged misstatements and omissions regarding, among other things, the role of a purported undisclosed executive, related-party transactions, and the production capacity of AMMO's Manitowoc facility to proceed. The Court also allowed certain scheme liability claims to move forward.
The remaining Defendants have been ordered to answer the Amended Complaint, and the case will now proceed toward discovery and a scheduling conference.
BG&G is proud to serve as Co-Lead Counsel in this important litigation and to work alongside co-counsel in protecting the interests of investors.
