Yitzhak Greenberg

Yitzhak Greenberg represents parties in all facets of bankruptcy including debtors, creditors, and chapter 11 and 7 trustees. Mr. Greenberg graduated Fordham University Law School where he served as an editor of the Environmental Journal. After law school, Mr. Greenberg served as a law clerk to the Honorable Arthur J. Gonzalez, United States Bankruptcy Judge.

Mr. Greenberg has shepherded numerous debtors through all phases of bankruptcy. He has successfully represented creditors in major chapter 11 cases, including the Lehman Brothers and MF Global Cases. He has prosecuted and defended preference and fraudulent conveyance actions totaling millions of dollars, including those involving derivative/commodities contracts and setoffs. Mr. Greenberg is a frequent contributor to the Bankruptcy Strategist and Norton Bankruptcy Advisor.
